What you should bring
A passion for wine and the desire to learn about it, honesty, hard work, basic English and a sense of humour. Interest in coffee, cheese and charcuterie is a plus.
Previous experience in hospitality is an advantage only if you have the interest, the drive, the manner and the abilities described above.
